• Six Months Latest Bank Statement (For non-BPR accountholders)
• Two colored passport size photos
• Identification document
• Valid criminal record certificate
• Valid Business license
• Existing business must have operated for a minimum of 6 months
• Fill application forms from the nearest BPR Bank branch
